• We encourage you to place your order via the website so you can keep track of the status, order history and receive other benefits.
• If no AU stock, we only require a deposit of 50% for Special Orders being shipped out of the USA. Balance is payable once goods arrive.

• Delivery is to Ground Floor only, unless otherwise arranged. You must advise us if access is difficult or above ground.
• Delivery does NOT include assembly or rubbish removal, unless otherwise arranged.
• Some products come flat-packed. You MUST advise us if Assembly is required.
